Happy Monday, how you guys aren't too sleepy from watching the Oscars all night. Who do you think were among the best dressed? Jennifer Lawrence and Sandra Bullock were flawless like always. I liked Jennifer Garner's look from the front but the back had way too much frill going on. If it was subtle from the waist down it would have been perfect. But enough about the fashion this is MAKE UP Monday.
Anyways I have something kind of special for you. I've been running out of ideas for what to do for these so if you have any let me know. I decided this week to do a Get the Look kind of Make Up Monday. Last week I went on a trip with my mom and my grams to a casino and since we were going somewhere I decided to dress up a little.
Here's how I did my make up:
And here's what I used to achieve the look:
First off the night before and morning of I used Crest White Strips to whiten my teeth and get them super white. Then I washed my face doing my usual routine, then in the order I applied them I used,
- Smashbox Photo Finish Light Primer
- Sephora Foundation
- Maybelline Eye Brow filler
- Kat Von D's Eye Pigment
- MAC Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner
- Neutrogena Lip Gloss
- Maybelline's 14 Hour Lipstick
- Love & Beauty Blush from Forever 21
- Maybelline's Mega Plush Gel Mascara
- Urban Decay De Slick
- As needed - Sugar Lip Treatment by Fresh Lips in Rose
So that's pretty much it. I like to put some lip gloss under my lipstick if I know it is going to dry out my lips and then I used the Sugar Lip Treatment in Rose over it because it was already tinted pink so over pink lipstick not that big of a deal.
